  • Quality pork sausages - 2 (approximately 120 g total)
  • Floury potatoes, peeled and chopped - 200 g
  • Large onion, thinly sliced - ¼
  • Frozen peas - 37.5 g
  • Butter - 5 g

  2. Place the sausages onto a baking tray and cook for 25–30 minutes, turning halfway through, until browned and cooked through.

  4. During the final 10 minutes, cook the sliced onion in a small saucepan over a medium-low heat until softened and lightly browned.
  5. Add the reduced-salt onion gravy to the onions and heat gently until piping hot.
  6. During the final 5 minutes, boil the frozen peas until tender.
