
Peach & Vanilla Breakfast Rice Bowl
Warm white rice with drained peaches, vanilla and cinnamon for a simple sweet breakfast.
Ingredients
- •180 g Cooked white rice
- •80 g Tinned peach slices in juice, drained
- •¼ tbsp Caster sugar
- •½ tsp Vanilla extract
- •¼ tsp Ground cinnamon
- •50 ml Water

Method
- 1Place the cooked rice and water into a saucepan and warm gently for 3–4 minutes.
- 2Stir in the sugar and vanilla extract.
- 3Spoon into a breakfast bowl.
- 4Top with the drained peach slices and sprinkle with cinnamon.
- 5Serve warm.
